Refund Policy
We strive for excellence in our services. Our refund policy is as follows:
- Digital Services: Consultations and digital reports are generally non-refundable once the service is rendered.
- Cancellation: If you cancel a booking 24 hours before the scheduled time, a partial refund may be issued.
- Gemstones/Products: Refunds for physical products are only applicable in case of damage during transit, reported within 48 hours.
